Sign Office Policies

When appointments are scheduled, our office is reserving the time and room specifically for a patients' treatment needs. If you must change an appointment, please gives at least 24 to 72 hours notice. This will allow us to give your reserved time and room to another patient.

Missed Appointments

We reserve the right to reschedule and fill any appointment spot that is unconfirmed by 12:00pm two business days prior to the scheduled appointment. In order for our office to contact patients, we ask that all patients fill out our "Communication Authorization Form" before or once they arrive for their appointment.

A missed appointment is failing to show up for an appointment or changing an appointment with less than 24 to 72 hours notice. There is a $75 charge for each missed appointment. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments will result in asking a patient to transfer their records to a different dental practice.
