Our office delivers the finest specialty dental care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time the service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have a balance on your account, we will send the responsible party a monthly statement. Payments can be made with cash, personal or bank checks, money orders, debit card, Visa and MasterCard.
Finance Charges & Past Due Accounts
For services not covered by insurance, a finance charge will be added to your account for any balance over $50 that is unpaid within 30 days of the date of service. The finance charge will be computed at the rate of 1% per month.
If your account becomes past due, we will take necessary steps to collect this debt. If we have to refer your account to collections, you agree to pay any and all collections fees in the amount of all cost associated with collecting the debt owed to Joseph A. Lucero D.D.S. Inc.
