First Visit

Patient's first visit at our office will consist of a clinical examination assessing your teeth, gums, and oral cavity that will include:

Full Mouth Set of X-Rays

Scan with our iTero: Intraoral Scanner

Intraoral Photo's

Comprehensive Oral, Head, and Neck Exam

Periodontal Exam

Dental Recall Appointment

Patient's recall visits (every 3 - 6 months) at our office will consist of a clinical examination reassessing your teeth, gums, and oral cavity to evaluate any progressions and developments. This includes:

Necessary X-Rays

Comprehensive Oral, Head, and Neck Exam

Dental Prophylaxis (Prophy)

Supportive Periodontal Therapy (SPT)

Emergency Appointment

Patient's emergency visit at our office will consist of a limited examination and necessary X-Rays to diagnose and attempt to relieve pain.

At the time of your visit, please provide our office with the following:

A referral slip and any x-rays that you requested from your general dentist.
A list of ALL medications that you are currently taking.
All patients who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

IMPORTANT:
Please alert our office if you have:

A medical condition that may be of concern prior to any dental treatment.
All medications you are currently taking, or if your require medication prior to dental procedures.

For any x-rays that you have had taken in the last 6 months, you may request your dentist to forward them to our office. You may also pick them up and bring them for your appointment. If any additional films are needed, they can be taken at our office. All x-rays must be 6 months or less to be used during your appointment.
